U.K. WARRANTY
MINI Unit
All "completed" Warranty Registration paperwork,
Installation paperwork and
photos must be returned to Crystal Enterprises Ltd
as per the "T&C`s".
The 2 years warranty, on "Manufacturer fault ONLY".
Once the unit has been returned, Customer pays return postage &
shipping Insurance. Once the unit is diagnosed as a
"Warranty Issue" the unit will be swapped out, to a
UK Mainland address only.
2 year Titanium heat exchanger warranty on
"Manufacturer fault ONLY".
2 year compressor warranty
on "Manufacturer fault ONLY".
International Warranty: -

If a swap out is to be shipped outside the UK Mainland,
the customer pays the International Shipping cost &
Insurance for both the return and replacement units.
For repairs requiring an engineer then customer returns
the unit to Crystal Enterprises for Repair.
Customer pays "ALL" transport costs.
